You can, within 28 calendar days of receiving a Product ordered from Fun Detectors return any Product that you are not completely happy with. Please email at [email protected] as soon as you decide you wish to return the product.
The Product must be returned to us as new in it’s original packaging undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and in the same state that it was sold to you.
Returning products by post
You can return a product to us at your own expense as we do not offer pre-paid postal returns. Please email us in the first instance explaining why you wish to return the product and you will be sent further instructions on how to return the product.
Please allow at least 10-15 working days from posting the Product back to us for the refund to reach your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the refund payment). You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate).
We do not expect faulty goods to leave our business but if it does happen please email us in the first instance [email protected] stating the fault and we will arrange return and a replacement, reimbursing you the postage cost.
